I have been living in this apartment for almost a year and I must say it has been a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to amenities. The apartment itself is clean and well-organized, making it a comfortable living space. The staff, especially Morgan, and all of others have been great. They are friendly, helpful, and always available to assist with any concerns or requests. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant place to live.
The team running this property is outstanding. Specifically Morgan, if you have a question about anything, she’s got the answer. My apartment was pristine when I moved in. I wanted a quiet, open/spacious floor plan with a view and got all that and more. I just finished painting a mural on my wall, and they pick up my trash from my front door! 7 months in and definitely not planning on leaving anytime soon.
My fiancé and I just moved to Denver a few weeks ago and have been consistently amazed with the service we’ve received. Morgan has been our primary contact and she has been incredible. Service from her is always prompt, positive, and kind. This may be one of the best renting experiences we have had anywhere we have lived and we credit a lot of that to her. Every staff member though has been incredibly kind, shout out to AJ and Aaron, both of which have been amazing. We couldn’t recommend Outlook DTC enough, at least so far. Beautiful apartments, great amenities, and super kind staff.
Year long resident here, recently moved into a different apartment, up a floor, and everything went smoothly. Morgan and Aaron were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. The year I lived in my old apartment here was also great. Great apartments and amenities. Front office always helpful and friendly.
My partner and I are new to Denver and visited many apartments all around the city, ultimately Outlook DTC was our #1 choice and that decision has continuously been right due to the amazing staff that is always present. Morgan has been there with us from day one and every small issue that has come up she has immediately dealt with. I highly recommend outlook to anyone looking to move and wants to be somewhere with a warm community, great staff, and the convenience of being situated next to downtown.
Just moved to Outlook DTC and am really glad I did. AJ was a huge help and so efficient throughout the application process and made the move from out of state so easy. My apartment is better than expected and the amenities are amazing - having a year round heated pool is a game changer, plus they already have updates to the dog park and rooftop in the works. Anything I’ve needed or questions Ive had have been addressed immediately by the girls in the leasing office and they go out of their way to help, even staying way after hours. So thankful for this team!
